Southwest Airlines come second this year with a score of 9.54 and its employees receive unlimited travel privileges for themselves and eligible dependents as well as discounts with rental car companies and hotels. This year, Lilly rounds off the top three with employees reporting perks such as a good vacation allowance, 401K plan and maternity and paternity leave.
