In the United States, many companies have earned plaudits for innovative working environments and motivated workforces, enabling them to stand out from the rest and attract the very best talent. Statista partnered with Forbes to find out which companies and organizations across the U.S. are giving their employees the very best deal by asking 50,000 workers at large (5,000+ employees) companies, nonprofit institutions, government agencies, and U.S. divisions of multinationals to evaluate their employers on a range of factors such as atmosphere, remuneration and working conditions. The following infographic was central to the research – how likely would respondents be to recommend their employer to a friend or family member on a scale of 0 to 10?
This year, grocery chain Trader Joe’s came top of the ranking with a score of 9.59 out of 10.
